Please note, Layla's Lineage Boutique takes great care to inspect and safely package all items prior to shipping; therefore receiving damaged items is extremely unlikely.
However, in the unlikely event that you need to make a claim for damage, please contact Layla's Lineage Boutique, LLC. directly at laylaslineage@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt of your merchandise.

In addition to taking extra precautions, according to the (CDC), there is likely very low risk of COVID spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures.
